Welcome to Erratically Eccentric Creations LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Shopify store and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Overview & Business Operations

Erratically Eccentric Creations LLC specializes in custom, made-to-order, and stock 3D-printed items, accessories, and novelty products. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

2. 3D Printing & Product Variations

• Nature of 3D Printing: Our products are manufactured using 3D printing technology. Minor surface layer lines, slight texture variations, and small visual artifacts are inherent characteristics of the 3D printing process and do not constitute product defects.

• Multi-Color Filaments: Please remember all multi-color filaments may have results that vary from the pictures as each print comes out a little different. Exact color transitions, gradients, and pattern placements cannot be guaranteed.

• Earring Specifications: All earring products are 3D printed, lightweight (weighing under 0.1 oz unless otherwise explicitly stated), and equipped with hypoallergenic, nickel-free hooks with plastic stoppers.

3. Custom Orders & Intellectual Property

• Custom Requests: For custom 3D prints, buyers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right or authorization to use any logos, images, or designs requested.

• Design Rights: Unless explicitly agreed upon in writing, Erratically Eccentric Creations LLC retains all intellectual property rights to custom-designed or modified 3D models created by us.

• Authorized Selling: We operate with commercial licenses for all 3D designs offered in our catalog where required by the original design artists.

4. Product Safety & Intended Use

• Choking Hazards: Many of our products—including small articulated figures, removable parts, and accessories—contain small pieces that may pose a choking hazard. Our products are not intended for unsupervised play by young children or pets.

• Material Integrity: 3D-printed plastic (such as PLA or PETG) can warp or degrade under high heat or direct prolonged sunlight exposure (e.g., left inside a hot car). We are not responsible for damage caused by heat exposure or improper care.

5. Pricing, Orders, & Cancellations

• Pricing Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

• Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

• Cancellations: Because items are often printed on demand, cancellation requests must be made within 2 hours of placing your order. Once printing or processing has begun, orders cannot be canceled.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping estimates provided at checkout are transit estimates only and do not include production/print processing times.

• We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier disruptions, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Erratically Eccentric Creations LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona.
